Thanks thats interesting. I only ask because after several spells of bad stomach ache and abdominal pains which are becoming more frequent, my doctor suspects I might have built up a food intolerance which they are going to test me for. Although my doctor did not ask me to, I am keeping a food diary from now on to see if there is any pattern to it coming on again. Though it only comes on about once every 2 – 3 wks and I eat the same things every week.

Each food sends its own unique electrical signal to your brain. Each brain is different, so although you get the same signal going in…. the bad signals coming out can/do go to different parts of the body. That is why a one person that’s intolerant to say: Apple, will get a headache whereas another person intolerant to Apple will get Eczema.
