first is a temple. Second, you should go to the doctor. Have you have vaccination for meningitis. Could also be tension from neck strain and nausea can be from the pain. should still check with your doctor.

It is time for you to see a neurologist. This may in fact be a form of a migraine. You need to have tests done to determine what is causing this. You may also have high blood pressure, high or low glucose ( blood sugar) any number of brain anomalies even a pinched nerve in the neck.

How do you know this isn’t a migraine? If it’s only on one side of the face (your right temPLE) and nausea, it sure sounds like a migraine to me. There are many kinds of migraines, and many great medications for them. Be sure to go into a dark, quiet bedroom.
I think you should see your doctor about these, and I wish you the best of luck.

Lots of possibilites. It might be you are not getting enough sleep, you might be depressed, you might have allergies, you might be dehydrated, you might have a hangover. You can eliminate many possibilities yourself, I suspect a doctor will not be able to diagnose you the first time around and you will require more than one visit.

That doesn’t sound good. Maybe a chiropractor could help. My sister in Seattle has migraines and she sees Dr Walia (website is http://www.drjaswalia.com ) She swears it helps. Maybe you can email with questions or if you live in Seattle, look him up.
